Meeting Venue

Our larger yachts offer the option of use as movable, high quality, small meeting rooms with, for example, large LCD screens which can be used for presentations. The yachts are available at Kip Marina and can also be made available at other marinas and coastal locations including, for example, at the quay of the Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre in the heart of Glasgow.

If your core business group are travelling by air, then Kip Marina is ideally located midway between Glasgow’s 2 major airports. Nestling south of Gourock, on the Firth of Clyde, this vibrant marina is only a 30-40 minute drive from either of Glasgow’s major airports and is a fantastic venue for a meeting. We can arrange to greet your group in our large office, organise airport transfers and local hotel accommodation, if required. Refreshments and meals can either be supplied by our catering experts (www.stablesrestaurant.com) or are available from a choice of local restaurants.

The Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre was built on the banks of the ‘now modern’ riverside complex within the centre of Glasgow. One or two, of our luxury yachts can be moored directly outside the SECC and their use as a hospitality suite is exceptional. Your hospitality suite, afloat, can add that extra measure of luxury and surprise, whilst at the same time being highly practical - it is closer to the SECC than many hotels at which the delegates may be staying. In principle, the yacht can also be used for accommodation, although most of our yachts are designed to accommodate a fortunate few in luxury, rather than many! A river tour, through a thousand years of history, can also be arranged during the conference or even, en route, to/from an airport.
